The North Gauteng Mental Health Society is a registered non-profit welfare organization affiliated to the South African Federation for Mental  Health, operating under the Non-profit Act 71 of 1997. We are dedicated to serving the Tshwane Metropolitan area and committed to fostering mentally healthy environments for all.

In the long term, we strive for the relief of poverty and hunger while operating in our main field of expertise,which is mental and emotional disorders.

VISION

To be a dynamic welfare organisation, which serve as an effective resource to empower people to attain optimal mental well-being and quality of life in the community.
To provide therapeutic, development or rehabilitation programs in aid of persons with mental disabilities, multi-disabilities, HIV/AIDS. debilitating illness or emotional disorder, substance abuse, including the provision of accommodation, food, clothing, counselling, education, training and vocation.
